Privacy policy
Last updated: November 2026
Sanguine Projects (ABN 66 675 029 848) builds websites for small businesses in Sydney. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why, and what I do with it. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What I collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, I collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. If you become a client, I also collect the business details, text, photos and logos you send me for your website, and the details I need to invoice you.
How I use it
I use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, build and launch your website, and send invoices. I won’t add you to a mailing list without asking, and I never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Services that handle your information
This website relies on a few trusted services. Formspree receives and stores contact form submissions and forwards them to my email. Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data such as your IP address to keep the site secure. Microsoft Outlook holds my email. Google Fonts supplies the fonts, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads. Some of these services store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries and client records only as long as I need them for the work, and for as long as the law requires for tax and business records. After that, I delete them.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
Questions or complaints
If you have a concern about how I’ve handled your information, email me and I’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
